In this conferencing, each participant's computer is connected to a microphone, speakers and a video camera. 

As two or more people communicate, whatever they say into the microphone is transmitted via the network to other people participating in the conference through speakers connected to their computers. 

And his live image is also displayed on the computer monitors of other people  participating in the conference through the network  . In countries where telemedicine and telenursing are recognized, people can contact nurses and doctors through video conferencing in case of emergency.

This not only saves travel and hotel expenses, but also saves time.  This type of meeting can also be called on a show notice. Along with this, the employee  can do his work at home as well as in the office. 

A very large room is not required for this type of meeting. In video conferencing,  the smooth transmission of voice and images may be hindered, this may happen due to disruption in computer software, hardware or network. 

If the concerned employee does not understand video conferencing, then problems may arise. Personal   interaction is not possible  in this type of conferencing.
